RAK stands for 'random act of kindness' which is an ATC sent to someone but not as part of a swap etc.

And lastly, apologies for there not being a label on the back of your 3rd ATC, its one of mine, and I must've forgotten to attach them!! :icon_redface: :icon_redface: :icon_redface:
