Instruction guides :icon_idea:
What kind of instruction guides would you be interested in!! is there a technique that you would like to know more about or simply how to assemble a certain style of card :)

Hi Sammy,
I recently downloaded the cats n dogs clip art which has so many great designs but each pic is A4 size. The description said all the designs could be resized but I haven't found a way to do this yet and it is putting me off buying some of the other large image clip art designs. Can you tell me how I can make them smaller as I'm itching to make some lovely toppers with them??
Thanks,
Marian.

Hi Marian
There are a number of ways to do this depending on what graphics programme you use.
Let us know what programme you have, and I'm sure we'll be able to help you out so you can play properly with your cats and dogs :D

Google open office you used to be able to download it free.If you have any My Craft Studio discs you can open them on there. How old is your computer, you should have a graphics pack on for when you upload photos.

I have a My Craft Studio and I have tried opening them on there but nothing shows up. Could this be because I saved them to a usb memory stick?
I am on the second attempt at the mo of downloading open office. Will let you know how that goes :) Thank you all for helping me though :) :)

Dear All,
Sammy has now created an 'instruction guides' section. I have just uploaded a 9 page guide on how to create Spring Cards from scratch.
I have more on the way but if you have any in particular that you would like to see, please let me know as I can bump these to the top of the creative queue.
Best Wishes,

Hi Sammy,
Good to hear from you. Assuming that Spinner Cards and Penny Sliders are one and the same, this is no problem. I should be able to get this done and uploaded towards the end of next week.

Apparently, I am told that they are easy to make, just 'look' complicated, but does anyone think it would be worth asking for a tri fold shutter card template (or is it a tri shutter fold card....? Never sure which way round it goes!! :icon_redface:lol) I would be interested, but if people think they are just as easy to make without a template, it might not be worth designers spending time making the template just for me......what do other people think? Thanks ;)
UPDATE: I'd really like a template for both an A4 AND an A5 tri shutter card.......does anyone out there feel it would be a worthwhile project? :)

Yes James Spinner Cards and Penny Sliders are one and the same,
Ali they are quite easy to make up but if your new they can be a bit mind-blowing lol plus I have so many emails on how to make things so having instruction on the site will be a godsend ;)
A4 & A5 Tri Fold Shutter Card Template…. Okie dokie Ali…. I’ll ask the designers what they can come up with, if I get no bites I’ll have a go myself :D
