Just a quick note for anyone that is going to try re-downloading the file from the My Account link on the site, this won't actually work I'm afraid. You will need to wait for the download to be added to the site again, then create a new order by adding the item to your basket again. Patience is a virtue so my dear old nan used to say :funny:
