help with craft robo , designer Master Please

Hi everyone, sorry but i really need some help, i have tried the crafty club that i am a member but they do not come back to me, i had no trouble with my design master before my computer crashed & i lost everything, well almost everything LOL, my whiz man next door managed to save some stuff for me, well i have just got round to putting the design master cd back on & it comes up with registration but the machine id in the box is wrong & i dont know where to find the serial number for this either LOL, but not it will not let me use it, when i go to change the machine id, it tells me that this is registered to someone else, but i registered before with no trouble at all, & nobody can help me change the machine id & where to find the serial number, i cant get any help from anyone, when i go on the internet it seems that i am not the only one with this problem, i have tried uninstalling it & reinstalling it, & that does not work either, please please help me :cry:

Sorry Lynzey but I use the Robomaster program so I can't help you.

Try putting a post into the Craft Robo, Silhouette forum, that way anybody rather than just designers might be able to help ;)

Try ringing the company.. They helped me last time this happened to me... Also when it asks for the bar code.. continue with no barcode.
