'In Deepest Sympathy' Pillow Card

Hi Tracey.

I have just purchased one of your designs - 'In deepest sympathy'. It is a lovely card.

To start with I have never made a pillow card before.

When I started to print off the sheets, the backing picture and the pyramage sheet (showing white lillies and black bow) came out regular sized.

When I printed out the pillow card main however it came out smaller and there is no chance of the lilly backing picture fitting inside the pillow card behind the acetate. Please can you explain where I'm going wrong? Do I have to change the sizing?

I really would like to make and send this card within the next few days, it's for my cousins as my Aunt has just passed away.

I would be most grateful for your help.

Hi Sandra,

sorry to hear that you have had problems with the sizing of this card when printing.

I have checked the sizes and printed it out again just to check and when I did it, it came out fine and as you can see from the pictures included within the set that it does print out to correct size. All I can ask is are you printing all sheets out to the same size? When I print I use 'full page photo' for all my sheets and they come out the right size to fit each other. The flower is rather large and does fit the whole aperture but the backing sheet should print out the right size to fit the main card, some trimming may be needed. Other than that I don't know what to suggest. If anyone else can suggest anything please do.

Thanks Tracey. I'll give it another go and see how I get on. It's the first time I've made a pillow card and I thought I was doing something wrong. I'll let you know how I get on.
