Envelope templates - Request

Need a template for a 5 x 5, 6 x 6 and a 8 x 8 envelope. I did have some but seem to have lost them!!

can any of you designers help me out here please?

I know Sammy does a 5x5 and 6x6 envelope template but they are part of complete card kits for commercial use but maybe she put just the envelopes up for sale :)
