My name is Karen, I have been crafting for along time, since my nan 1st taught me how to knit. I started card making about 5 years ago, I started designing my own sheets for my personal use about 3 years ago. I got to know Sammy through purchasing items from her on her scrapbookingmad site. When she opened this site I thought I would give it a go and have not looked back since.
I started out using paintshop pro X12 but thanks to Sammys tutorials on CMD I found I preferred photoshop so I puchased Photoshop CS3. I'm learning new things all the time and still have a long way to go. I work full time so dont have as much time to design as I would like. I'm actually looking forward to retirement.
My printer is a Canon Prixma MP250. I find it very economical and it takes 300 gm card. Thats the heaviest I have tried up to now. I love my cuttlebug and spellbinders I always use them when Im making a card for friends or family. I also cant do without my glass cutting matt.
