A really easy and attractive four fold card to make. Sentiment plaque has wording that says, “Hoping you enjoy your Special Day.” There is also a blank for personalising. This plaque is adhered onto it’s own mounting tab, that folds flat for posting, then pops up when opened, giving a lovely 3d effect; although, if desired you can print flat. Main Card has three options, one blank so you may add your own wording, the other two say, “Happy Birthday” and “Happy Anniversary”. Card folds flat (5.50”x 4.50”) for posting.
